FAQ

Delivery, payments, commissions, framing etc

How much does delivery cost?

This depends on where you are and what you are buying. To find out, add the items to your basket, add your delivery address when prompted, and the calculator will work out the postage.

How do you package items?

I try to reuse paper and card packaging as much as possible. Otherwise, I buy boxes made from recycled materials. Everything is sent flat, sometimes wrapped in bubble wrap or paper padding.

How do I pay?

I use PayPal Checkout but this doesn’t mean you need to have a PayPal account to use it. You can use your credit or debit card – just select that option when you come to pay.

At face to face events I take cash and card payments.

Do you take commissions?

Sometimes. It depends. Please get in touch to discuss or take a look at my Instagram feed for ideas.

Do you frame your artwork?

I have suppliers based in the UK who make barefaced softwood frames for me – floating frames for stretched canvas and inlay frames for board canvas.

These range in price from £20 for miniatures – £60+ for larger work, depending on the size of the piece. I have also painted the frames for some collectors, matching the colour to the artwork. Get in touch for prices and an idea of lead time (usually an additional week).
